Alexander Tedja is the founder and President Commisioner of the Company having been appointed to more this role 1998. Mr. Tedja has 30 years experience in managing and developing properties in Indonesia.

Agus Soesanto is a Commissioner of the Company having been appointed to this role in 1989. Mr. Soesanto has acted as an tax consultan as well as senior positions in the field of finance and business development. His other experience includes serving as Senior Auditor with KAP Drs. Utomo Mulia & Co for the years 1973 to 1983.

Dyah Pradnyaparamita Duarsa is an independent commissioner of the Company. She is a lecturer at the medical faculty at Udayana University. Her other experience includes serving as a member of Bali’s House of Representatives between 1992 and 1999.
