The company has a dedicated and skilled Board of Directors and Management team with significant real estate experience. The Pakuwon Jati senior team has an aggregate of over 200 years experience in the property industry.

Ir. Richard Adisastra is the President Director of the Company having been appointed to this role in 2005. Mr. Adisastra joined the Company in 1984 as assistant project manager and served as a director between 1989 and 1998. He has more than 26 years experience in the real estate industry covering project and development management. Mr. Adisastra obtained a Civil Engineering degree from the University of North Sumatera.

Drs. Minarto Basuki is a Director of the Company having been approinted to this role in 2005. Mr. Basuki has over 20 years experience in finance and accounting, and has also previously served as a tax consultant. He obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Merdeka, Malang.

Omar Ishananto, S.H a Director of the Company having been appointed to this role in 1989. He is currently an arbitrator for BANI Surabaya , a role which he has held since 2004. He has been a lawyer since 1972. Mr. Ishananto obtained a Law degree with a Masters of Notary, from the University of Airlangga , Surabaya.

A. Stefanus Ridwan S. is a Director of the Company having been appointed to this role in 2007. Mr. Ridwan has been in the property business for over 22 years and is currently the President of the Indonesian Shopping Centers Association.

Irene Tedja is the Director of Investor Relations. Ms. Tedja has more than 7 years in the real estate industry. Her other experience includes working with Chase Securities in New York in Mergers and Acquisions as well as the Real Estate division. Ms. Tedja graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology.

Ivy Wong is the Director of Business Development. Ms. Wong has 16 years' experience working in the property industry, having previously worked for five years as a marketing director for Jakarta Land Management. Ms. Wong obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of London in 1989.

Sutandi Purnomosidi is the Head of Retail Management, Surabaya. He has more than 15 years of experience in the retail management industry from 2002 to 2005 served as on of the head of Indonesian Association of Shopping Center Management.

Eiffel Tedja is the Head of Retail Management, Jakarta. He has more than 9 years experience in the property industry focusing on both residential and retail management. Mr. Tedja previously worked as a research Analysis in Hongkong between 1998 and 2000. Mr. Tedja obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Pietro Stellon is the Senior Project Architect. He has more than 40 years experience as a senior architect and subsequently project manager, responsible for projects throughout Europe, Australia and Asia. Mr. Pietro other experience previously worked as formerly Director of DP Architect Indonesia.
