Sebagai ajang dengan proses penilaian yang ketat dan independen, PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards memiliki reputasi kuat di industri properti. Pada seremoni yang digelar 21 November 2025 di The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk meraih dua kategori utama yakni “Best Mixed Use Developer” dan “Best Hospitality Developer”.
Penghargaan ini juga berhasil diraih pada proyek pengembangannya. Pakuwon Mall Bekasi Superblock menerima penghargaan sebagai Best Mixed Use Development, sementara Pakuwon Residence Bekasi meraih dua kategori yakni “Best Mid-End Condo Development (Greater Jakarta)” dan “Best Mid-End Condo Landscape Design”.
Dengan total lima penghargaan yang berhasil dibawa pulang tahun ini, pencapaian tersebut semakin menegaskan komitmen Pakuwon dalam menghadirkan ruang hunian, komersial, dan hospitality yang relevan, adaptif, dan berkualitas.
