Pakuwon City Residential has developed more than 12 executive housing clusters, including Palm Beach, Laguna Regency, Puri Griya Asri, San Diego, and Florence to EastCoast Park. Facilities for the residents in the township includes lagoon, ballroom clubhouse, children playground and swimming pool.

The newest cluster being developed by Pakuwon Group is Grand Island, and is expected to have a site area or approximately 32 hectare. The houses are built along a 6.2 hectare of man made lake. Apart from the cluster, the icon of Pakuwon City is the twin Lagoon amphitheater, where one can see the most romantic sunset in perfect serenity.

Many interesting sculptures can also be found among the lush landscapes in the township. The one which caught my attention is the sculpture theme “Menggapai Cakrawala” a master piece by Yani Mariani Sastranegara. Pakuwon City Residential is not just a beautiful property but a symphony of artistic aspiration.
